From time to time we are retained by our clients to lease or sell properties. 

 

We currently have no properties for sale, and have 100% occupancy in our managed portfolio.

Any work we do that is defined as real estate agency work in the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 is carried out under our company name The Consultancy Ltd which is Licensed under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008, as is our Principal Nigel Fletcher
