ABOUT US

The Consultancy is a provider of specialist services to those involved in commercial property as owners, users, buyers, sellers, investors and developers.

We provide specialist commercial property advisory services, including transaction negotiation and property and asset management.

THE PRINCIPAL

The Principal is Nigel Fletcher, who gained a Business Studies Degree (with Distinction) in Edinburgh, Scotland, and a Masters Degree in Property Investment at City University, London, and has completed the Real Estate Executive Education Programme at Harvard Business School.

Nigel is in his 36th year as a property professional, in both New Zealand and Europe.
